As I was trying to update my phone and I need to change the credit card as it had gone passed its expiry date. I ring up and am put on hold. After 15 minutes. It cuts me off giving me all this speil about it being peak flow and all their operators are working at top speed. My only observation is this at 10.15 on a Thursday evening. My guess it was the Christmas party.
Also, do Orange sell many phones in the Catholic parts of Northern Ireland.
I live in Norwich, Norfolk, England and spend my working life teaching children, manners, organisation and a number of other subjects that their parents should be teaching them. Outside work I enjoy live music, watching and playing sport and spending time with my friends. All views are my own.
