Rules changes for football

After the World Cup the following needs to happen

1. Sin bin- Netherlands would not be able to play such negative football if they lost a player for 5 minutes for a yellow card. It might also cut down on time wasting, taking your shirt off, throwing the ball away. The punishment needs to be more immediate rather than delayed for the next game.
2. Stopping the sinbin if a goal is scored. You don't want to ruin the game.
3. Goal line technology - if Wimbledon can use it so can football
